Seasonal Hold

TRAILBLAZER OFFERS A SEASONAL HOLD OPTIONS FOR PART-TIME RESIDENTS.
Please note that this option is for residential service only and does not apply to businesses.
Here’s how it works:
- During the seasonal hold period, your service bandwidth will be dialed back to around 6 Mbps which is just enough to run a security system or perhaps check email.
- You can activate seasonal hold one time during a 12-month period.
- The minimum hold period is one (1) month and the maximum is six (6) months.
- The cost for service during the seasonal hold is $19.95/month.
- There is an activation fee for initiating the season hold, which is $29.95 for customers who have had continuous Trailblazer service for a minimum of 12 months. For those who have had service for less that 12 months at the time the seasonal hold is activated, the activation fee is $89.95.*
- The activation fee is charged at the beginning of the seasonal hold period.
- A seasonal hold period will start on the 1st of the designated month and can be reactivated any day of the returning month. Service fees for a partial month are prorated. You will be billed the prorated monthly fees at the time of reactivation.
- We ask that you provide your start and end date at the beginning of the seasonal hold period, but you can adjust the end of the hold later on if your plans change, as long as the total hold period does not exceed 6 months.
- Autopay is required.
If you’d like to institute the seasonal hold for your account, please email support@TrailblazerBroadband.com or call our office at 970-577-3770 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
* The Seasonal Hold activation fee allows us to offer the seasonal hold and still cover our upfront costs for building out the fiber network. Essentially, we are recouping the installation fee that was waived when you signed up for service. After the first year of seasonal hold, you won’t be charged that $89.95 again on this account; the admin fee is only $29.95 for subsequent years.
